The Founders Alliance understands that many of us are becoming politically active for the first time in our lives.   Knocking on the doors of strangers or even getting on the phone bank from the comfort of your own home can be a prohibitively unfamiliar task no matter how badly you want to help.

Our Volunteer Training is designed to give all of your potential participants a level of comfort and ease when approaching these two tools.  Every aspect of running the ‘ground game’ will be demonstrated; from how to generate lists of voters to entering the gathered data and from the first knock on the door to the last day of Get Out The Vote.  Trainees will receive hands on experience on the phone and in the field all in just one intensive day.

Our goal is not simply, or even primarily, to prepare you to support candidates.  Our main objective is to prepare you to engage your local voter base.  The People’s greatest vulnerability is that we forget our leaders between elections, but using our model you will become such a predominant presence in the minds of your local voters that no official will be able to compromise his principles without a massive outcry.  Many groups do not support candidates at all, but want to spread the message of Liberty, Lowered Taxes, and Limited Government a noble endeavor which will be efficiently executed under TFA’s model.
